Please note we do not cater for last minute bookings, we require at least two days notice of hire & a minimum of Three Days Rental is required for all bookings.

When booking please select your desired pick up and drop off days from the calendar. Available days are shown in green. Remember that a ‘day’ of hire is a 24 hour period including overnight. For example a weekend three day booking starting on the Friday morning would finish on the Monday morning.

We operate a meet a greet service from Inverness Airport. Pick up time can be varied but normal working hours is 0900hrs to 1800hrs. We may be able to cater for times outside of these normal working hours but this will incur a supplementary charge.

Please indicate whether you require any additional drivers to the main driver/hirer. A maximum of 3 additional drivers may be added. Cost shown is total for the rental period.

Please indicate if you are bringing your own bedding with you. We will still supply a single mattress cover and fitted bottom sheets free for hygiene reasons. If you require bedding please select the required bedding sets required. If two persons please indicate whether a couple sharing a bed or whether two separate beds are required. Each option has a relevant fee per hiring for bedding up to a maximum of four sets.

We can provide car booster seats for children in the following weight categories. Group 2 Child weight: 15kg to 25kg or Group 3 Child weight: 22kg to 36kg. We ask that you provide suitable car seats for younger children, there are rear ISOFIX anchor points for two seats.

Winter Camping Pack consists of X1 Cali Topper Cover, X1 Windscreen Cover.

Summer Camping Pack is available for use from April until the end of September. It consists of AirTek Kamper XC Inflatable Drive Away Awning, Ground sheet, Carpet Matting. Charged on a daily rate. Please be sure to READ OUR ADVISORY Click Here before booking this item.

Normal Working Hours are 0900 to 1700 hrs. Times that fall outside these periods are classified as Out of Hours. Out of hours times are the additional hours that Inverness Airport is open for flights, this varies throughout the year.

We can provide a safety net for the upper Pop Up Bed to prevent younger children falling out. This is free of charge. Please indicate if you require this item.
